Hum... I think I'm going to begin a badge collection... Don't know why, it's like a revelation... A voice in my head said "Badges are the future of humlanity ! Collect them !"... ;D
I can't find Louis XIV badges, though... Any tips ^^ ?

Vinyl. I collect vinyl. I'm trying to start a good bootlegs collection as well. And posters from shows, if they look cool. I've got this really awesome silkscreened Arcade Fire one that looks like a Victorian print. I love these 2 silkscreened posters I bought from a Dublin street artist, though. One is the cover of the book The Velvet Underground in RED. The other is the really famous one of for The Who live at The Marquee. That one's in BLACK. They look awesome next to one another.

Personally I'm just fascinated with people's collections. My hobbies keep me sane. There is nothing like getting a FREE autograph from someone that normally charges big $$$ at shows and such. Atleast from the Sports side of things. Musicians are just more elusive usually, especially the BIG names.
Those prints sound nice by the way.

They ARE! I really started collecting when I got those two in Dublin. They're my faves. Autographs are indeed great to collect from the artists themselves, because then you've got this great story to go with them. I remember my first autograph was from a local bagpiping band called the scottish rogues. I was like, 13, and really into the Celtic fringe, and I got these guys to sign my CASSETTE. I didn't have a CD player yet. And one of the guys wrote: "To (my name here), of the beautiful brown eyes." I was smacked!

My first autograph was either Billy Crash Craddock or Joe Stampley, one performed on Saturday the other on Sunday. My last autograph was Mark from Louis XIV on a drumstick.
My house is just one big collection, I have to keep the kids out, they always want to play with MY toys, lol.

ha ha. I wonder whatever happened to them. I know they eventually shortened their name to The Rogues. And put out another album. Unfortunately, not much of a market for bagpiping music outside the odd wedding. I wonder where that cassette is. In my parents' house somewhere.
