Does anyone know where I could get hold of an original Louis XIV poster?
I love the ones with the burlesque models, but cant seem to find any on sale!

There are bands that take pictures of themselves standing in front of a brick wall with their name spraypainted behind them, and there's Louis XIV. The concert poster/handbill is a lost art and it's so refreshing to see that these guys clearly respect that.

I would love an original. There is only one on ebay that seems to be on circulation the whole time. It is not in the style that i associate Louis with. I love the poster from when they went on tour with the killers avec Brian on the front, and i love one from when they played in France. It was at some cafe, i cant quite remember off the top of my head.

How many posters are there anyone? i would guess maybe one for each show... that's alot of poster's. Who does there printing maybe they have originals?

I have kept my eye out for them but i never seem to see any on ebay or anything. hmmmm....i say.....hmmm Ohhhh... you might want to call some record stores they might keep some...I used to work at record store and we kept the display stuff in a big box just for fans who might want them...You could try calling "The Mad Platter" or some local San Deigo record stores... or maybe you can try to sweetalk tattooedlouis ;D he prob has a few... i will call around here to see what's out there...

awesome info sonowwhatnow, smaller record shops usually have that stuff...I got a many of posters in promo stuff from a record store I used to hang out at growing up in vegas...they are out in cali now..its called benway bop..I think they are in santa monica now..you could try them..the owners are really cool !!
